She is also well known for her pilates video series and of course her skin care product Youthful Essence. She's been on the Home Shopping Network for years.
The microdermabrasion kit includes an exfoliator brush with sponge and exfoliating cream. The brush is really unique because it vibrates really fast in a circular motion which really works in the cream. The exfoliator cream has mineral crystals in it. The effects are radiant skin and refined pores by polishing the top layer of dead skin cells. I've bought one of these years ago and never regretted it!

Handy Tips
- When you order [tags]youthful essence[/tags]online you get auto ship every 60 days on the microdermabrasion cream. I find that the cream lasts me 4 months so I would request them not to put you on the auto ship program.
- If your having trouble rinsing the crystals off, its better to do the microdermabrasion at the sink and then rinse it off in the shower.
- If you find that the crystals irritate your skin, try to only spend 1-2 minutes on the area being treated and use less pressure when massaging your skin with the resurfacing tool.

- Week Two -Let your skin rest this week. Do not use your Resurfacing Tool and Cream for the next 5 days. This allows your skin to rejuvenate during this time.
