This one promises that instead of doing 600 sit-ups you can use the Ab Sonic for only ten minutes with the same results. Ab Sonic - The Bottom Line
The Ab Sonic does stimulate muscle contractions and does what it says it will do. This device is only one piece of the puzzle though. As Andrea the personal trainer was saying, you still need to focus on having a routine... a lifestyle where you follow a healthy eating plan and workout plan. On the flip side, I don't know why everyone's seems to be saying all EMS devices are all scams. This simply isn't true. By the way, I bought an EMS device a few years ago. Not an actual infomercial product though but they're basically all the same. I can honestly say that it really does work. I do have a little belly but not a lot. I haven't used it in a while because it takes so long to get into the device. Hooking up all the pads and straps etc. The Ab Sonic looks much easier to get into.
