When the mop worked it was wonderful. After roughly 6 uses, mop no longer emits steam. I can plug it in, the light will turn green indicating that is good to go, but no steam will come out. I have tried cleaning it, but nothing. All in all, not happy with this product.

I BOUGHT THE STEAM CLEANER AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT THIS YEAR. HAVE BEEN USING ITS SINCE CHRISTMAS. WENT TO USE IT TODAY NOTHING. I TOOK IT APART AND USED THE LITTLE CLEANING TOOL PUT IN THE HEATER CORE A BUNCH OF TIMES UNTIL IT WENT ALL THE WAY IN. I QUICKLY PUT IT BACK TOGETHER AND TRIED IT. A FEW SPURTS OF STEAM AND IT STARTED RUNNING PERFECT.

it worked fine for about 10 uses,then the green light failed to come on, and the steam would only come out for a few seconds, then it emitted a long squeeking sound from the steam somehow escaping. took it apart but didnt see anything unusual…not happy

Same here, bought it at Zellers, used it a few times, now just hums and is winking at the garbage can, what a pile of garbage. How can companies get away with peddling substandard junk and not being accountable? They strike up a deal in China for a containerload of garbage, dole it out through the big box stores and then tuck tail and run when the “garbage” hits the fan. Seems like they sold at least half a million of these – hands away from the importer and this product.

I’ve had my H2O mop 3 years now, and love it. Last week it quit producing steam, so, since it wasn’t working anyway, I took it apart (very easy). I looked it over and found a connection had come loose, connected it back, and for right now, it is working just like new

I bought this in the spring and absolutley loved it…it made my floors so clean and they shined. By Aug it didn’t work anymore…hums and drips water but doesn’t produce steam.

My second H@O mop just broke after about ten uses. Same issue as the first – stopped producing steam after about ten uses.

Works great for about ten times, so if you don’t mind the $10 per use price tag, this piece of junk might be for you.

my h2o broke after about 6 uses. it does not emit steam now and just makes a humming noise. we bought it at zellers and lost receipt about 2 years ago. its been broken forever, waste of money.
