WOW… this is definitely a dud & an even bigger waste of time & money; not only for us as consumers, but for the company for wasting money on false advertising! I tried this garbage out numerous times thinking maybe I was doing something wrong… but how could I possibly right?!?! This is just a dogs chew toy with a saliva catcher on the inside! My dog has enough toys, so this junk is going back! What a waste of my time & money! Now if someone comes up with one that actually works, then I’m sure we’ll buy it… but until then, please stop selling junk. We work to hard for our dollars to give it away to people who want to abuse our already dented pockets!!! Uggh…!

I saw a ‘knock-off’ replica of this item at the Dollar Store; same blue color and design, but about 50% smaller, so they recommend you fill two with water to put into your dryer. Then, the investment would be $2. I didn’t bother trying.

Do not purchase. Returned mine to Bed Bath and Beyond. It discolored some on my clothing. Left little white marks where the color was removed – I believe the heat from the prongs on the ball caused this.

I went to bed bath and beyond this morning and picked up a box with two in it for $14.99 + tax. I got home tonight and tried it out on two wrinkled shirts I washed yesterday and they came out of the drier just as wrinkled as when I put them in. I even tried it twice just to make sure it didn’t need more time and still it came out wrinkled. This product is definitely bullsh*t and I will be returning it tomorrow for a full refund. A lot of stores now sell as seen on tv stuff so you guys should look next time and save on the shipping and return hassles.

I got mine at Walgreens. I just used it for the third time and my shorts and t-shirt had been sitting in the basket clean for over a week so they were extremley wrinkled, and I almost tossed them back into the wash. I might have wrote a pryor post, but I realized that my dryer was on the wrong setting. So I tried it again and it worked great !! But maybe a damp towel would have done the same.
