Do not buy any Shark products - my husband just got burned on his arms from the steam pocket mop - we only used it about 6 times and all of a sudden no steam was coming out - when we popped off the head - all of a sudden the steam flew out like a steam engine and burned my husband. The steam was not going to the mop head but building up in the machine. I checked the internet and it turns out this is a constant complaint concerning the shark products and there is talk about a class action suit.

Oh yeah that would make sense. Thanks Jackie! Although, I'm still concerned that the floor or tile finish is coming off from the steam. I'm wondering how that would effect the life of the flooring. Let me check with someone on this.

That's because it is peeling off all the wax and everything else on your floor, which is good because you get a fresh floor with nothing on it. However you can put more wax on your floor like Mop and Glo (which is a wax). After you steam mop...and viola shiny and Beautiful!!!!

I bought the Shark Steam Mop, and I'm not sure if I want to keep it or not. I have used it several times on my kitchen floor, and the floor looks really greasy and the shineness is gone. I have the same tile throughout my house, and I'm really afraid to us it 0n the rest of the floors. Has anyone had this problem, and what did you do to straighten it up?
